Olten, the provincial town, is the central point of a prosperous agglomeration in the center of Switzerland. The region of Olten has got a lot to offer. Since it's located apart the main traffic routes there is plenty of fresh air to breathe, mountains with beautiful views to conquer and gushing water to enjoy. Furthermore there are pretty villages, juicy Jura mountain meadows, deep gorges andidyllic shores at the River Aare.
With the help of an E-bike or your muscular strength alone, you can easily reach all the beautiful attractions. By the way, the success story of biking in Switzerland started here – as soon as the first official cycling path was opened in the area, in 1989. Well, innovation is another aspect of our region.
